What does OneTPM do?
OneTPM builds AI systems for enterprise teams: document intelligence, reporting automation, knowledge systems, and data and analytics QA automation. Systems are built in your environment, documented in full, and handed over to your team.
How does an engagement work?
There are three steps. A free 45-minute working session maps one process. A fixed-scope, fixed-price process audit produces a written design. The build and handover are scoped in the audit and end with your team running the system.
How much does it cost?
The working session is free. The process audit has a fixed scope and a fixed price. The build is scoped in the audit, so you know its cost before committing to it.
Does our data leave our environment?
No. Systems run in your cloud accounts under your access controls. Your data does not move into ours.
Do you train models on our data?
No. Model providers are configured with training disabled. Your documents inform answers at runtime and are not used as training data.
Which AI models do you use?
We are vendor-agnostic. We deploy on Anthropic Claude, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI, or open-weight models running privately in your infrastructure, depending on data residency, cost, and capability.
What happens when the engagement ends?
Documentation, runbooks, prompts, and admin access transfer to your team, and the engagement ends when they run the system without us. Ongoing support is available and never required.
Do you have client case studies?
OneTPM is a new practice, so we have none to show. Our team's earlier work in enterprise organizations is under NDA and is shown on the home page in generalized form as professional experience. The sample audit is a complete example of our work product, written for a fictional company.
