1. About this document

These terms govern your use of the OneTPM website at onetpm.com and any subdomains (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

OneTPM is a GenAI implementation consultancy. These terms cover your use of this website only and do not constitute a service agreement. Separate engagement terms apply to any consulting work we undertake together.

2. About the work described on this site

Descriptions of prior work on this Site refer to professional experience gained by OneTPM's team in previous roles inside enterprise organizations. They are generalized to respect confidentiality obligations and are not descriptions of OneTPM client engagements. The sample audit document is prepared for a fictional company and its figures are illustrative.

OneTPM makes no guarantee that any specific outcome, saving, or result will be achieved in your organization. Results depend on the processes selected, the quality of existing data and systems, and team participation during and after implementation. Nothing on this Site constitutes a warranty of performance.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission. Linking to the Site is permitted.

Our implementation methodology and delivery frameworks are proprietary. Engaging OneTPM does not transfer ownership of these frameworks. Clients receive full documentation of and rights to operate the specific systems we build for them, as defined in the applicable engagement agreement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OneTPM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on its content, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, data, or opportunity.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site or its content.
